Terms and conditions
INTRODUCTION
The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below only govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You) and the trader tusneldablochbutik.com (hereafter referred to as We) belonging to the company Tusnelda Bloch Design ApS, Aarhusgade 88, 2100 Copenhagen Oe, Denmark. CVR registration 25518594. Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly. These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and tusneldablochbutik.com as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.
PRICES
The prices indicated on the Site are in Danish Kroner and include Danish VAT but do not include delivery. The possible delivery cost is indicated for the User during the product selection and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. If the order is delivered within EU the Danish VAT can not be deducted. If delivered outside of EU the Danish VAT will be deducted from the prices. When the order is delivered outside the EU the order can be taken out for local customs inspection and local VAT and import-TAX may be added which tusneldablochbutik.com can not be held responsible for. Please note that local Customs clearance may delay the order significantly which tusneldablochbutik.com can not be held responsible for. If you find out that the order is held back in Customs you should contact the logistics company.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but will apply the current rates as indicated to you on the site at the time the order was placed.
DELIVERY
tusneldablochbutik.com is using various logistic providers depending on the destination. The order is normally shipped the same day if the order is placed before 14:00 (Danish time GMT-1). If the shipment is delayed by the logistics provider, the delivery date will be affected accordingly. tusneldablochbutik.com can not be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties or any kind for force majeure.
Delivery to destination in Europe normally takes 2-6 working days.
Delivery to destinations in the rest of the world is normally takes 3-6 working days.
Free shipping to Denmark if you buy for DKK 900,- or more – otherwise DKK 75,- is added to cover freight and handling.
Free shipping to Scandinavia if you buy for DKK 1500,- or more - otherwise DKK 150,- is added to cover freight and handling.
Free shipping to Europe if you buy for DKK 2000,- or more - otherwise DKK 190,- is added to cover freight and handling.
Free shipping to the rest of the world if you buy for DKK 2500,- or more - otherwise DKK 240,- is added to cover freight and handling.
AVAILABILITY
Please note that we will honor your order while stock is available.
In the event where one of the products ordered is not in stock, we will contact you in less than 15 days as of your order date to inform you how long it will be before we are able to deliver the product.
If there are certain products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products and will pay the shipping fees for the rest of the order. We will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality.
If you choose to refuse, we will reimburse the unavailable product. If you wish to return it to us in the conditions outlined in “rights of retraction” the fees will be covered by us
PAYMENT
At tusneldablochbutik.com it is possible to pay with VISA, Mastercard, Visa Electron, JCB, VISA/Dankort and Dankort. For other payment types pls contact us at butik@tusneldabloch.dk. When you pay by credit card, your account will be debited when your order is forwarded, on condition that we have received pre-authorisation for your account. If sufficient funds are not available, your order will not be taken into account. For payments made on-line by credit card, the “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) system of security is used, which allows for encrypting your banking information when on the network. It will never be possible to withdraw a higher amount than the amount approved by you during the purchase. The credit card information is not readable to our employees. We need your name, delivery address, e-mail address and phone number in order to complete your order. This information is treated confidentially.
RIGHTS OF RETRACTION - Satisfied or your money back
tusneldablochbutik.com allows you 14 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice and a completed and signed return goods voucher.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been used, damaged, is not in its original packaging or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.
If you receive a package which differs from your original order we will of course refund all your shipping costs related to returning the package and receiving the proper order.
Reimbursements: - If the product is returned within 14 days of its delivery, the User will be reimbursed by bank transfer to the credit card used for payment within 7 days after we have accepted the return. If received later than 14 days of its delivery, we are unfortunately not able to reimburse the order. We'll notify you via e-mail of your reimbursement once we have received and processed the returned item.

WARRAMTY
tusneldablochbutik.com gives a one year warranty for all our products. This means that you can return products which have faults and imperfections within one year from date of purchase provided that these are not caused by improper use treatment (incl. cleaning not according to the handling instructions) of the product. When discovering faults or imperfections claims should be brought to us without any unnecessary delay. We will refund reasonable shipping costs related to returning the product.

When returning an order or a product you must enclose a copy of the invoice. Also you should clearly note on the invoice what is wrong with the order/product or what you want us to do.
CORRECT HANDLING OF THE GARMENTS –HANDLE WITH CARE
For your wellbeing only the finest natural yarns has been used to manufacture the luxurious and delicate garments of TUSNELDA BLOCH Copenhagen. We recommend that you treat it with care and avoid washing with enzymes. If cleaning instructs indicate “dryclean only” the garments should not be washed. Minor variations of the yarns and gente color shadings are natural features of these fin fibers.
RESERVATIONS
In the case any kind of abuse is discovered tusneldablochbutik.com reserves its right to cancel orders made by the abuser and to delete the abusers account completely.
This website is delivered by tusneldablochbutik.com on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tusneldablochbutik.com can not be held responsible for any use of the website, information, content, descriptions or products.
By using this website you accept that all use is at your own risk. We accept your order when shipping the order to you. However, your order will only be accepted, if there are no mistakes in the provided descriptions and prices shown in the shop. This includes articles that may be sold out.
MERCHANDISE DESCRIPTIONS AND PHOTOS
As the colors you see at tusneldablochbutik.com depends on the pc-screen, we can not guarantee that your pc-screen shows exactly the same color as the merchandise has when delivered.
PERSONAL INFORMATIONS
In order to enter into an agreement with us via the website (make a purchase) you have to register yourself with personal information such as name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
The personal information are registered at tusneldablochbutik.com and contained for 5 years or as long as you are a customer of ours. We only register your personal information in order to delivery you the ordered merchandise.
We may also register alternative delivery addresses in order to ship you order to an alternative address which is different from your main address/payment address. When collecting this information, we ask you to confirm that you are providing us this information.
All employees in the company may have access to the registered information. We do no encrypt the stored information, but use storage devises which are protected by personal log in information. When customer information is typed or transmitted the data is not encrypted. We do not sell the information to any third parties.
We may send newsletters to the customers who have signed up for this. You unsubscribe from these e-mails by replying to one of the newsletter and asking to be removed from the mailing list.
DISPUTES
Any dispute that can not be settled via dialogue and that involves tusneldablochbutik.com will be cleared according to Danish laws and regulations and a Danish court in Copenhagen will be used, unless the Danish law prescribes it differently.
